- Service data: appointments, visits, lab results, treatments, billing, chat messages, and related clinic records.
- Technical data: basic device/browser and security logs needed to operate and protect the Portal.

- To create and manage your patient account
- To schedule and coordinate appointments and queue services
- To deliver clinical care, follow-up, and laboratory coordination
- To communicate with you through portal chat or contact details you provide
- To process billing and issue receipts
- To improve clinic operations, security, and service quality
- To comply with legal, public health, and audit requirements
4. Confidentiality of Sexual Health Information
Sexual health and HIV-related information is treated as sensitive personal information. Access is limited to authorized clinic personnel with a legitimate need for care, operations, or compliance. We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect confidentiality.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared only when necessary:
- With authorized clinic staff involved in your care or clinic operations
- With service providers supporting the Portal under confidentiality obligations

Records are retained as needed for clinical care, patient support, and legal/public health retention requirements. When data is no longer required, it may be securely deleted, archived, or anonymized according to clinic policy.

Some clinical records may need to be retained even if portal access preferences change, because of medical and legal requirements.

The Portal may use session cookies or local browser storage for login sessions, preferences, and security. These are used to keep the Portal working securely and are not used to sell advertising data.
9. Data Security
We use safeguards such as password hashing, access controls, session protection, and operational procedures. No online system is 100% risk-free; please also protect your device and account password.
